WASHINGTON – A 23-year-old Maryland has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for his role in a deadly shooting that happened over two years ago. Jamaarr Morgan, 23, of Hyattsville, was sentenced in D.C. Superior Court to 12 years in prison for shooting and killing Jacques Russ on December 14, 2021.
