Maximum 75-year sentence handed down in 2020 broad daylight fatal shooting

BALTIMORE (WBFF) – The Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office has secured a 75-year prison sentence for Stephawn Tate. Tate, convicted of Second-Degree Murder, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Crime of Violence, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm, will serve the first 10 years of his sentence without the possibility of parole.
