Crime surge may undermine Harborplace redevelopment efforts, economists fear

BALTIMORE CITY (WBFF) – Renderings of a reimagined Harborplace show plans to replace aging storefronts and restaurants with a two-tier promenade and realigned roadways. Including, 900 new apartments, office space, and a public park. But as the city pushes to breathe new life into a decaying entertainment district, old problems seem to persist.
