As Baltimore Police investigate several robberies, Baltimore City State’s Attorney Ivan Bates said his office has seen a slight uptick in robbery cases. “There are a number of things we are working on,” Bates said. “I think what you see sometimes, some of these young people believe this is a game, like grand theft auto or other video games, and its a game and they can do whatever they want and there’s no system of accountability for their actions.”
