An Aberdeen Police Department officer has been arrested on charges including second-degree rape and false imprisonment, stemming from a March 2019 incident. Radovan Jovic, a six-year veteran of the force, was taken into custody yesterday per a statement released by the Cecil County Sheriff’s Office, as reported by FOX Baltimore.
