(photo courtesy of Montgomery County Police) Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Investigative Section are actively investigating an attempted armed robbery that occurred on Saturday, September 14, 2024, in the 11200 block of Georgia Avenue in Wheaton. Detectives have released surveillance photos of the suspects and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying them.
