Maryland Gov. Moore touts administration’s record of lowering juvenile crime

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore released a statement Friday afternoon on his administration’s record of lowering juvenile crime. The statement comes following the arrests of a 17 and 14 year old in the murder of a Baltimore man in Columbia. Tracee Parker, the 17-year-old charged was on an ankle monitor after an attempted murder conviction in a separate case.
