Bucs’ Todd Bowles Reveals Running Back Plan vs. Ravens

Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles has a great problem this week ahead of the Baltimore Ravens clash, which one of his three in-form running backs will play.

With the emergence of running backs Bucky Irving and Sean Tucker against the New Orleans Saints in the absence of Rachaad White, there have been calls for the young duo to usurp White in the pecking order.

However, Bowles has revealed that he will use all three as he sees fit moving forward, so Ravens defensive coordinator Zach Orr will have his hands full.

“Oh, I need all three of them,” Bowles said . “All three are good football players, and all three will play when they [are] all healthy, and as the game goes, we’ll go with the hot hand and see who’s running what style and how it fits the game and go with that guy.”

Fresh off a game in which the Buccaneers rushed for 277 yards, the young group will now get a stern test against a Ravens defense that doesn’t allow rushing yards – with Bucs fans all saying the same thing, wondering “who’s who” in this backfield.
