The two teenagers charged in the deadly October shooting in Columbia are expected to be in court Tuesday morning. Tracee Octavious Parker, 17, and a 14-year-old are charged in connection with the killing of 26-year-old Kendrick McLellan. Investigators said McLellan was found shot to death in a car on Centre Park Drive the morning of Oct. 12.
