An aggravated assault was reported Sunday afternoon at the Morgan View apartment complex near Morgan State University, according to campus police. The incident occurred around 4:19 p.m. The victim, a woman not affiliated with Morgan State University, was driving north on Loch Raven Boulevard when she encountered a group of individuals riding dirt bikes and ATVs.
