FINKSBURG, Md. – A West Manheim Township man is in custody for murder and attempted homicide that took place in Maryland, according to police. On Dec. 13, around 7:44 a.m., Deputies from the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office and Carroll County Fire and EMS responded to the intersection of Wesley Road and Patapsco Road in Finksburg, Md. for reports of a shooting.
