Maryland Fugitives Found at Jefferson County Courthouse

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — Two Maryland residents were arrested at the Jefferson County Courthouse after authorities discovered both had active warrants from Baltimore County, police say.

Jesse Lee Diven, 25, was taken into custody on April 23 during an ARD revocation hearing after Jefferson County Probation Officer JR Sutter alerted sheriff’s deputies about his fugitive status. Diven is wanted in Maryland on charges of first-degree child abuse, second-degree child abuse, and second-degree assault, according to court documents…
