Stormier weather returns Friday, may linger into Saturday
Friday and Saturday feature an unsettled period of weather as a front moves through Maryland. Friday is a First Alert Weather Day.
Multiple rounds of storms are possible Friday. The first round of rough weather is possible early in the day; especially between 6 and 11 a.m. There will be a bit of a midday lull, but isolated severe storms are still possible during the mid to late afternoon hours. A final round of rain and thunder sweeps through our region Friday night. Friday storms will surely produce heavy rain and frequent lightning.
