Expert says Baltimore City School’s spending increase won’t boost graduation rates

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore City schools are set to pitch a new education budget for 2026, projected at $1.9 million.

David Williams from the Taxpayer Protection Alliance expresses concern that this budget increase will not produce the results that parents are looking for.
