Ellicott City, Md. (WBFF) — Howard County Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man who allegedly shot and killed a snowplow driver outside a school back in January 2024, officials announced Thursday.
Alexander Molina Rodriguez, 25, of Gwynn Oak, is wanted on charges of first-degree murder and firearm violations in the killing of 37-year-old Alex Ramirez Garcia, who was also from Gwynn Oak.
