Teen girls shot in East Baltimore walk into hospital for help

BALTIMORE, Md. — A shooting early Sunday left two female victims injured in the Eastern District, prompting a police investigation after they arrived at a local hospital with gunshot wounds.

At approximately 12:09 a.m. on June 22, Eastern District patrol officers were alerted to the hospital following a report of walk-in shooting victims. Officers arrived and located a 17-year-old female and an 18-year-old female, both suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.

Detectives later determined that the shooting occurred in the 2600 block of Erdman Avenue. Evidence was recovered at the scene, but no arrests have been made…
