BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A driver was arrested early Saturday morning for allegedly operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol after nearly striking police officers during a foot patrol in the downtown area.
According to officials, the incident occurred around 3:50 a.m. on July 5 in the 500 block of South Broadway Street.
