Man arrested after drug bust in Annapolis home

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (DC News Now) — A 46-year-old man was arrested after a Tuesday drug bust in his Annapolis home, according to the Frederick Police Department.

Police say detectives received a tip in June of a man potentially distributing controlled dangerous substances (CDS) out of a home in the 1500 block of Lodge Pole Court.

On July 8, officers executed a search warrant of the home where 17 grams of suspected cocaine, five grams of suspected crack cocaine, 790 grams of suspected anabolic steroids (19 vials) and approximately 11 grams of an unknown white powder substance were seized.

Police say a digital scale and roughly $40,000 in cash were also recovered from the scene.
