(WBFF) Baltimore, MD — A New Jersey woman said her stolen car was used in the car rally in Baltimore City’s Harbor East neighborhood.
The mother, Devin, requested to only be identified through her first name and said she was shocked when she saw her 2020 Dodge Charger Scat Pack center stage in a rally that shut down Fleet Street and South Central Avenue on June 29.
“I came across your post,” said Devin. “One of the videographers had posted it in their story. There was a highlight reel of my car in Baltimore. It was in fact my car.”…
