The Baltimore Police Department announced Monday that they had arrested a Rosedale man in connection to an Independence Day homicide.
On July 4, at approximately 11:51 p.m., Southeast District officers responded to the 3500 block of Esther Place to investigate calls of gunfire, the Baltimore Police Department said in a release.
