Man facing life in prison for 2024 murder in Baltimore after pleading guilty to charges

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A man is facing life in prison after pleading guilty to first-degree murder charges for an Aug. 2024 deadly shooting.

The Office of the State’s Attorney for Baltimore City announced that Paul Artis pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence in connection with the deadly shooting of Ondrel Mayo in the 900 block of E. Patapsco Avenue.
