— A van pulled from Baltimore’s Inner Harbor on Thursday has been linked to a 2018 missing vehicle case out of Charles County, according to authorities. Human remains were found inside.
The discovery was made the morning of July 24, 2025, when Baltimore police and firefighters responded around 9:30 a.m. to a report of a submerged vehicle near Pier IV. Divers located the van approximately 22 feet underwater behind the National Aquarium Annex.
Once brought to the surface, investigators confirmed the vehicle matched a van reported missing more than seven years ago by the Waldorf Silver Taxi Cab Service. The circumstances of how it ended up in the harbor remain unclear…
