ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — A 35-year-old woman pleaded guilty to child abuse after her daughter died from a fentanyl overdose in Anne Arundel County last year.
The Anne Arundel County State’s Attorney’s Office announced Thursday that Tiffany Lynee Carr, of Glen Burnie, entered a guilty plea to first-degree child abuse in connection with the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Naveah.
