BALTIMORE, Md. (DC News Now) — Police are working to identify a person after a van with human remains inside was pulled from the Baltimore Harbor last week, according to officials.
On the morning of July 24, the Baltimore Police Department’s Underwater Recovery Team was notified that a vehicle was submerged in the harbor, in the 500 block of East Pratt Street.
Once on the scene, a team discovered a van about 22 feet underwater. Crews used tow lines to pull the vehicle from the water.
