Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and Buffalo Wild Wings GO will fill a former 6,500 sq. ft. CVS retail space at 31 Light St. Downtown. This was first reported by Baltimore Business Journal.
The former CVS space has been mostly vacant since the store relocated to 400 E. Pratt St. in 2016. A Burger King opened in a portion of the retail space in 2017, but closed a few years later.
Neil Patel owns the Dunkin’ at 25 Light St. and will be relocating it to the retail space at 31 Light St. He will also own the Jimmy John’s and Buffalo Wild Wings GO franchises in the space as well…
