Gov. Wes Moore’s visit to Penn North remains uncertain as city drug markets rage on

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — It remains unclear whether Maryland Gov. Wes Moore plans to visit the Penn North neighborhood three weeks after more than two dozen people were hospitalized following a mass overdose incident, as Baltimore’s open-air drug markets continue to thrive.

Spotlight on Maryland asked Moore when he planned to visit Penn North after an unrelated event on Monday.
