SUN: Demolished Baltimore building was undergoing work without permit, city says

The North Eutaw Street building that was condemned and then immediately demolished Monday after a partial collapse was undergoing work without a permit, according to Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development.

The structure at 310 N. Eutaw St. was leaning onto another neighboring building, 308 N. Eutaw St., on Sunday as it began to collapse. Nearby buildings were evacuated and 310 N. Eutaw St. and 308 N. Eutaw St., were both condemned by city housing officials. No injuries were reported.
