BALTIMORE (WBFF) — As Moo Moo Cows Ice Cream shop was vandalized for a second time, residents in Baltimore’s Federal Hill neighborhood said the creation of a new police unit would help as an added precaution.
The new ‘Entertainment Unit,’ is expected to bolster security in Baltimore’s top tourist destinations. The new unit will focus on providing a broader, more consist police presence in active social hubs around the city, including Federal Hill.
