BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for the deadly shooting of a 21-year-old man back in 2023, the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday.
Lamont Johnson was sentenced to 60 years, with all but 40 years suspended, for second-degree murder and use of firearm in the commission of a crime of violence in connection to the death of 21-year-old Tiwan Wilson.
Johnson will also be required to undergo mental health treatment and has been referred to the Patuxent Institute’s Eligible Persons Program, which provides rehabilitative services for inmates…
