OWINGS MILLS Md. (WBFF) — Police are investigating after a fatal crash in Baltimore County on Saturday claimed the life of a 74-year-old woman.
Officers responded to the scene at New Town Boulevard and Middle Mill Drive in Owings Mills at approximately 11:20 a.m. on August 17.
