BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A man was sentenced to two consecutive life terms in prison for his role in a 2023 double murder in Baltimore’s Lakeland neighborhood, the Office of the State’s Attorney for Baltimore City announced Thursday.
Tyrone Payne was given the back-to-back life sentences for his role in the fatal shootings of Di’Shon Smith and Deshaun Waters on July 25, 2023.
Payne’s co-defendant, Vincent Harris, was also found guilty in July and is scheduled for sentencing on October 7, 2025…
