Baltimore, MD (WBFF) — A sense of unease has gripped the Westport area of South Baltimore following the discovery of a body in a wooded area off Manokin Street.
The body, identified as 28-year-old Wilson Estuardo Marroquin Caceros, was found by police just after 11:30 a.m. on Monday.
