‘Ain’t nobody talking’: Baltimore man slams Penn North drug market publicity amid arrests

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Although visible changes are occurring in Baltimore’s notorious open-air drug markets, a man identifying himself as a “street businessman” said that publicity about the city’s drug shops is harmful, adding the need for cameras to “move around” or quickly get away from market activities.

A man wearing a hoodie and grey skinny jeans, who asked to be identified only as a street businessman, approached Spotlight on Maryland on Thursday afternoon at the public intersection of Pennsylvania and North avenues.

“Ain’t nobody talking, man. Ain’t nobody talking, bro,” the street businessman said. “That’s all you’re trying to do is have something to talk about in y’all’s world, bro.”…
