BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A Baltimore pharmacy owner has been sentenced to federal prison for filing false tax returns that resulted in more than $1 million in lost tax revenue, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland.
Moshe Gabay, 55, was sentenced Tuesday by U.S. District Judge James K. Bredar to one year and one day in federal prison, followed by one year of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment.
