A Baltimore mother is raising concerns about student safety after she said her 6-year-old stepson was dropped off nearly a half mile from his bus stop, across a busy street.
Kristen Helm said Tuesday was her stepson, Kayden’s, second day of first grade at Morrell Park Elementary.
