Over the weekend, Baltimore residents were allowed to pick up free gun lockboxes as part of a combined effort by several organizations to enhance gun safety and prevent child-related firearm incidents. The event was hosted at the War Memorial Plaza and featured partnerships with groups like Everytown for Gun Safety and the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., as well as involvement from the Baltimore Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement (MONSE) and Moms Demand Action.
