Park Heights sees surge in homicides amid citywide decline, residents demand action

Baltimore City, MD (WBFF) — While Baltimore City leaders continue to tout a historic drop in homicides, for some reason, that progress hasn’t reached Park Heights – where police say crime is on the rise.

Last month, just seven homicides were recorded across the city, three of which took place in Park Heights.
