Dog walker thwarts car theft in Baltimore’s Brewers Hill neighborhood

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A morning dog walk turned into a crime intervention for a resident in the Brewers Hill neighborhood. The resident, who was walking her dogs before heading to the gym, witnessed a potential car theft in progress.

“I was walking the dogs before the gym this morning and we came around the corner here,” she said. “Saw a kid hoop into the passenger side door of a car real quick.”

Doorbell camera footage captured the incident, showing a white Hyundai pulling up next to a brown Hyundai. Two individuals dressed in dark clothing approached the brown Hyundai and appeared to punch out the lock. The resident, walking by, noticed suspicious activity…
