Attendees of the 29th annual Baltimore County African American Cultural Festival will be able to enjoy national recording artists, local talent, community programming, and more than 100 craft and food vendors.
Free and open to the public, the festival will take place Sept. 20 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Patriot Plaza in Towson.
