GREENBELT, Md. (WBFF) — Kelly Hayes, U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland, announced Friday that a federal jury found two former law enforcement officers guilty of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, arson, conspiracy to commit bank fraud and bank fraud.
According to the nine-count indictment, 41-year-old Philip James Dupree, of Pikesville, and 38-year-old Mark Ross Johnson Jr., of Camp Springs, joined forces to commit two separate fraud schemes.
