(WBFF) — A violent altercation outside the Cross Street Public House has prompted an investigation by city police.
A video posted by Barstool Loyola shows a man, believed to be a security guard, placing a patron in a chokehold for 30 seconds before slamming him into a vehicle. Witnesses described the scene, with one saying, “He turned pink,” and another shouting, “He tapped, he tapped, let him go, let him go.”
The incident, which reportedly involved a Loyola student, has left the Federal Hill community unsettled. One resident commented, “I mean the kid’s not 21, but that doesn’t mean you get to rough ’em.” Another added, “In security, you have to take some abuse from the public, but you don’t hit his head into a window… that’s disgusting!”…
