Raymond Willis Lunn, 31, a registered sex offender in Maryland, is facing fresh charges following a days-long manhunt for a man accused of attempted rape on campus over the weekend.
The incident was reported at around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18 in the 3100 block of Wayman Park Drive when Lunn allegedly stopped and asked for directions before assaulting a woman.
Baltimore Police Col. John Herzog announced the arrest on Wednesday, Oct. 22, noting that Lunn is a registered sex offender with a criminal history in Maryland that includes arrests for:
- Attempted rape;
- Armed robbery;
- Kidnapping;
- Assault;
- Burglary;
- Auto theft;
- Violation of probation.
