TOWSON, MD—The Towson University Police Department (TUPD) issued a safety alert after an aggravated assault occurred on campus this morning, Thursday, October 23, 2025, in Parking Lot 11.
The incident was reported to TUPD at approximately 8:55 a.m. by a Towson University student. The student stated they were followed onto Parking Lot 11, located off of Cross Campus Drive, by an unidentified male suspect driving a dark-colored sedan.
According to the report, the suspect exited his vehicle and physically assaulted the student. The suspect also caused damage to the student’s vehicle tire before quickly re-entering his sedan and fleeing the scene. The suspect was seen exiting Lot 11 and leaving the campus area…
