ESSEX, MD—The Baltimore County Police Department has issued a public alert as they search for 16-year-old Rayona Taylor, who was last seen Wednesday evening in the Essex area.
Taylor was last seen on October 23, 2025, at approximately 5:30 p.m. Police describe her as a Black female, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds. When last seen, she was wearing black pants, a gray hoodie, and black and white Van shoes.
