Former Safe Streets supervisor skips court date for drug charges, warrant issued

BALTIMORE, Md. (WBFF) — A warrant was issued for a former Safe Streets site supervisor after he failed to appear in court for felony drug charges in Baltimore City.

David Caldwell currently faces drug distribution charges related to a February arrest where Baltimore Police allege Caldwell had a kilogram of cocaine on him and intended to distribute.

Caldwell was scheduled to appear in court for a jury trial on Oct. 27, according to online court records, but failed to do so. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
