Sparrows Point local Brent Goetz, 23, was federally indicted on two counts after allegedly throwing an airsoft grenade at a group of day laborers sitting outside of Home Depot on Kane Street.
In April, Goetz allegedly detonated an airsoft grenade and threw it out of his vehicle toward the group of men, who often sit outside of Home Depot to be picked up for work by contractors. Goetz then fled the scene in a 2016 Toyota Camry.
