SUN: Baltimore man tied to killing of construction foreman in Germany

A Baltimore man may be extradited to Germany to face charges alleging he killed his construction site’s foreman while working last year at a military base, a U.S. magistrate judge ruled Tuesday.

The German embassy in Washington told U.S. officials that they are seeking to pick up Dominic Jason Moore, whose most recent address was in Upper Park Heights, so that he can face a second-degree murder charge in the southwest German town of Kaiserslautern. Representatives of the German embassy and the U.S. Justice Department did not return requests for comment on Wednesday.

German prosecutors wrote in a translated extradition request that officials had “strong suspicion” that Moore, 29, strangled foreman Samir Mziou to death at their worksite.
