BALTIMORE, Md. (WBFF) — Mayor Brandon Scott has unveiled the official portraits of former Baltimore mayors Sheila Dixon, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, Catherine Pugh and Bernard “Jack” Young at City Hall on Saturday evening.
The artists behind the portraits were selected through the Mayor’s Portrait Competition.
“These portraits are records of our history, the artists of our time and the leaders chosen by the best people in the world, the people of Baltimore to represent them,” Mayor Scott said. “This collection of portraits will also add some much needed diversity to the walls of City Hall… including, of course, the first three women and the best looking bald head.”…
