Former Safe Streets supervisor arrested after being found in Frederick County

FREDERICK, MD. (WBFF) — A former Safe Streets site supervisor was arrested Wednesday after being found in Frederick County.

According to Baltimore City Sheriff Sam Cogen, Caldwell was apprehended around 7:30 a.m. on Nov. 5.
