Maryland State Police offer $60,000 reward for information on fatal road rage shootings

BALTIMORE, MD—The Maryland State Police, in partnership with the FBI, are renewing their plea for public assistance in two separate, fatal road rage shootings that claimed the lives of Charles “Charlie” Marks, IV, and Delonte Hicks in early 2022. Authorities have announced a combined $60,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individuals responsible for these violent incidents.

A $30,000 reward is being offered for each case. Police emphasize that all callers can remain anonymous.
